Free Media Library — Terms of Use:

All images, graphics, and downloadable materials provided in the Free Media Library on coastalcarolinaphotography.com are the exclusive property of Coastal Carolina Photography and are protected by copyright. These resources are offered free of charge solely for your individual, non-commercial personal use in connection with your own marketing efforts and social media posts. You may not sell, resell, license, sublicense, distribute, share, transfer, or otherwise make these images available to any third party (including but not limited to clients, colleagues, friends, other businesses, or stock-photo platforms). You may not upload the images to any site or service that allows others to download or use them, nor may you claim them as your own work. Use of these materials for any purpose other than your own personal marketing and social media promotion is strictly prohibited. Coastal Carolina Photography reserves the right to modify or terminate access to the Free Content Library at any time and to transition it to a paid-subscription model in the future. *Content may not be downloaded by or transferred to other professional content creators for any reason. By downloading or using any content from the Free Content Library, you agree to these terms.

All other Photographs and Sevices:

Licensing Policy -   A license is granted to the customer to use the photos as they see fit for a period of one year.  The photographer retains the rights to the photos and may use them in marketing material, social media, etc.

Photo Delivery – Real estate photos will be edited and delivered via Dropbox by the next business day. 

Matterport 3D – Matterport tours are processed and delivered by the next business day. In order to keep my pricing competitive I include three months of hosting with the Matterport fee. If you need additional hosting time, it can be purchased for $30 per three months. 3D tours are shot with a 360 degree camera that is fully Matterport compatible. Matterport processes and hosts all Matterport tours.

Payment  Policy - Payment is expected before delivery of the photos. Payment can be made by cash, check, Zelle, or Venmo. All products are subject to sales tax.

Property Preparation - Please be sure the house is clean and pets are stowed before the appointment. If all lights are on and window blinds are up it will allow for a faster photo shoot!

Travel Fee- Services performed outside of Brunswick County are subject to a $50 travel fee.

Fireplaces- Fire is added to fireplaces using Photoshop. If the fireplace doesn't work, or if the purchaser doesn't want fire shown in the fireplace, the purchaser must convey that to the photographer.

*Please download your photos within a few days of delivery.  The photographer deletes old photos out of Dropbox every month or two.
